Research and analysis of elastic strip fatigue under stress controlled loading mode

Fastener technology is a key of Ballastless track structure in high-speed railway, and the elastic strip component to realize fastener function. To this end, special loading fixture fabricated explore performance under fatigue load. The working state was simulated through testing machine, stress-controlled modes four amplitudes (25±5kN, 25±7.5kN, 25±10kN, 25±12.5kN) are investigated. The pressure control method used for tests, results show that: (1) As load amplitude increases, life decreases sharply its decreasing speed greater than increasing amplitude; (2) buckling displacement curves have characteristics "increasing step-by-step" "decreasing step-by-step"; (3) In test, attenuation 22% - 33% at front end ring 18% - 25%; (4) According results, curve drawn, equations them fitted estimate service strip.
